Monster Mash will be back in downtown Parkersburg once again. Please note two changes to the event. This year the event will be held in the parking lot in front of the former Point Park Marketplace (113 Ann Street), and….it will take place on Friday night (October 21). The time will stay the same, which is 5:30 to 7 p.m. There is no admission charge for the event.

Monster Mash is a family-centric Halloween party made possible by Downtown PKB and local businesses and community organizations who set up to be vendors for this event. Children will participate in hands-on activities and pick up trick-or-treat giveaways provided by local businesses and community organizations.
