Monster Mash
Monster Mash is a family-centric Halloween party made possible by Downtown PKB and local businesses and community organizations who set up to be vendors for this event. Children will participate in hands-on activities and pick up trick-or-treat giveaways provided by local businesses and community organizations. Make sure to come dressed in your best Halloween costume for a safe and not-so-scary evening celebrating the season!

Monster Mash
Monster Mash will be back in downtown Parkersburg once again. Please note two changes to the event. This year the event will be held in the parking lot in front of the former Point Park Marketplace (113 Ann Street), and….it will take place on Friday night (October 21). The time will stay the same, which is 5:30 to 7 p.m. There is no admission charge for the event.

In an effort to promote downtown and the great businesses and culture we have to offer, Winterfest has been created to draw people to downtown for an evening of family fun. Several downtown businesses will be open, along with various downtown museums and attractions.

All take place immediately following the Christmas parade until the Winterfest Tree Lighting Ceremony at 6 p.m. (For information on the Christmas parade, contact call 304-481-4159 or 304-483-4006.)
